In a nutshell this blog is all about my journey to fitness after recently giving birth for the first time. It will be a place for me to provide an honest account of the trials and tribulations I face as a woman trying to get fit and stay fit while also learning to be a new mum! I’ll give tips and advice along the way and hope to inspire other new mums to strike while the iron is hot and begin their fitness journey early on in post pregnancy, using exercise as an amazing stress reliever, a me-time feel good factor and an endorphin producing way to combat any negative or overwhelming feelings that will undoubtedly visit us all, at some point in early motherhood.
